Custom software development in Dhaka, shaped around how your business runs.
Billing, order management, CRM, admin panels and internal tools — built as web applications your team can use from anywhere, with an API underneath and a native app where it earns its place.
Not one freelance developer — an agency team. We work out what your business actually needs before we build it.

When off-the-shelf software stops fitting
Most businesses start with spreadsheets, then a generic SaaS tool, then a mix of both held together by one person who knows how it all works. Custom software development in Dhaka from DeenLytics is for the moment that stops scaling: when field staff are re-typing paper orders, when billing is reconciled by hand at month end, when the admin panel you bought cannot represent how your business actually works.
Canberra Limited, a national FMCG distributor, replaced paper order books with a system we built: a Laravel API as the single source of truth, a Next.js admin panel for head office, and a mobile field app for sales representatives. Orders placed in a shop appear at head office instantly, against live stock. That is what custom software is for.
We assess the process before we automate it
The fastest way to waste a software budget is to rebuild a broken process in code. So we start by walking through how the work is done today: who touches an order, where a number gets typed in for the second time, what is reconciled by hand at the end of the month, and which of those actually costs you money. Then we propose the smallest system that removes the most manual work, and a sequence for the rest.
For Canberra Limited that analysis pointed at one thing before anything else — the field app and the head office panel had to share a single source of truth, because an order taken in a shop is only useful if it lands against live stock. For Iqra Billing it pointed somewhere different: the ledger first, then a phone app for the people collecting payments.
This is agency work rather than freelance work. Process analysis, database design, backend engineering, interface design and the training that makes people actually use the thing are different skills, and here they sit in one team. You get a written scope and a single point of contact, not four contractors and a group chat.
What we build
- 01
Order management systems
products, customers, orders, approval and dispatch, with reporting by product, area and salesperson.
- 02
Billing and invoicing
recurring invoices, payment tracking, statements, integrated mobile payments such as bKash, and collection apps for the field.
- 03
CRM and lead management
pipelines, follow-ups, activity logs and reporting that match your sales process rather than a generic one.
- 04
Admin panels and CMS
role-based back offices for schools, publishers, distributors and retailers, built in Next.js on top of a Laravel API.
- 05
Internal tools
the small, specific applications that remove a manual process: stock counts, attendance, approvals, exports.
- 06
Integrations
payment gateways, SMS, email, accounting exports and third-party APIs.
How we build it
We build web applications first, because a browser is the one client every device already has. The backend is Laravel — a mature, well-supported PHP framework with excellent tooling for authentication, permissions, queues and APIs. Front-ends are Next.js and TypeScript, which gives us fast, type-safe interfaces that are easy to maintain. When a native app is genuinely needed — for offline use, hardware or a payment SDK — we add one on the same API.
Every project starts with a written scope and a prototype within 72 hours. We ship in weekly increments to a preview environment so you are using the software long before launch, and what you see is what you get. Data models, roles and permissions are agreed early because they are expensive to change late.
Cloud-hosted, accessible anywhere, yours
The software runs on servers we manage for you, with HTTPS, backups, monitoring and security updates included. Your team logs in from the office, from home or from the field. There is no per-seat licence: the code, the data and the accounts belong to you, and we hand over documentation and repository access so you are never locked in.
Security by default
Business software holds business data, so we treat security as part of the definition of done: role-based access on every screen and endpoint, validated input, rate-limited APIs, encrypted transport, audited dependencies and no credentials in source control. We build the marketing sites and the operational systems on separate infrastructure so a problem with one cannot reach the other.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
What clients ask before they start. If your question is not here, ask it directly — we answer in plain language.
Ask a question- Is custom software more expensive than a SaaS subscription?
- Up front, usually yes. Over three to five years, often no — and the software does exactly what you need instead of approximately. We will be honest if a subscription tool is the better fit; sometimes it is.
- How long does it take?
- A focused internal tool can ship in four to six weeks. A multi-application system like an order management platform with a field app typically takes three to five months for the first production version, then grows in increments.
- Who owns the code and the data?
- You do. We deliver the source code in a repository you control, document the system, and can hand hosting over to your own team at any time.
- Can you connect to the systems we already use?
- Yes. We integrate with payment gateways, accounting exports, SMS and email providers and any third-party service with an API. Where there is no API, we build import and export workflows around the files you already use.
