Privacy

What this website collects, why, and what it deliberately does not.

The short version

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and loads no third-party tracking script. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session recorder and no chat widget from another company.

That is why you are not being asked to accept anything. A consent banner exists to obtain permission for tracking; there is none here to permit.

Visitor statistics

We count page views on our own server so we can see which pages are useful. For each view we store the page path, the language, the type of device (mobile, tablet or desktop) and the website that linked you here — the domain only, never the full address, because a full address can contain your search terms.

We do not store your IP address. To count one person once in a day rather than counting every page load, we compute a one-way hash of your address, your browser's user agent and a secret that is regenerated every midnight and never written to disk. The result cannot be reversed to identify you, and tomorrow the same visitor produces a different value, so it cannot be used to follow anyone over time.

When you contact us

The contact form, the meeting booking and the assistant's booking flow ask for your name and email address, and let you add a message. We store what you send, together with your IP address and browser user agent, so we can answer you and so we can identify abuse of the forms.

We also record which page you first arrived on and which website referred you, so we know which of our pages are worth writing. That is kept in your browser for the length of one tab session and sent only if you choose to submit a form. It is not a cookie and it is deleted when you close the tab.

Your message reaches us by email through Google Workspace, and is stored in our own database on our own server. It is not sold, shared or used for advertising, and it is not sent to any third party beyond the mail provider that delivers it.

The assistant

Deenbot, the assistant in the corner, answers from a fixed set of text taken from this website. Your question is not sent to any AI provider or any other company — it is matched against that text on our own server.

We keep the questions people ask, with the page-view-style pseudonym described above, because the questions we cannot answer are the list of answers still worth writing. Do not type anything confidential into it; it is a public form, not a private channel.

Cookies

The public site sets no cookies. Your language choice travels in the address of the page you are on, not in a stored value.

One cookie exists on the site, and only for us: the sign-in session for the private admin area at /admin. If you are not signing in to that area, you will never receive it.

How long we keep things

Page-view records are aggregate statistics and are kept indefinitely, but they contain nothing that identifies anybody after the day they were recorded.

Enquiries, meeting requests and assistant conversations are kept while they are useful for doing business with you. You can ask us to delete yours at any time and we will do it.

Your rights

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to our processing of it. Bangladesh's data protection framework grants comparable rights.

Write to injamam@deenlytics.com and we will answer within a working day. We do not require you to prove a legal basis for asking, and there is no charge.
