Problem

Canberra Limited imports and distributes brands including Kopiko, Tora Bika, Danisa, Astor and Yupi. Its sales representatives wrote orders on paper in the shop and phoned them in afterwards.

Build

SR Management is the order management system behind Canberra Limited, a national FMCG importer and distributor in Bangladesh. It is two applications: the Canberra OMS web panel for head office, and an Android app the sales representatives carry into the shops. We built it for Canberra Limited, and we built it as a product — software made once that could run for another distributor.

What we built

We built the order where it happens. The rep opens the Android app in the shop, picks the retailer, adds products, and the total runs as the order is built. Head office works in the web panel: orders, shipping, payments due, customers, products and stock, targets per rep, and a map of where the representatives are during the day. It was built for Canberra, and built as a product rather than a one-off, so it could be set up for another distributor. None has one yet.
