A web application for issuing invoices and tracking payments, paired with a native Android app so collections can be recorded on the spot. bKash — Bangladesh's largest mobile payment service — is integrated directly.

Chapter 01
The client and the problem
Fees were collected in cash and mobile money by different people, then reconciled by hand at the end of the month. Receipts were inconsistent and it was hard to know who had paid.
Chapter 02
What we built
The web application is the ledger: every customer, invoice and payment lives there. The Android app lets collectors record a payment and issue a receipt from their phone, and bKash payments are verified against the gateway before being marked as paid. Reconciliation happens automatically instead of at month end.
