A bilingual property platform for an Italian agency, from the first viewing to the notary.
Problem
The agency works on a small number of properties at a time and sells on personal knowledge of each one. A portal listing gives none of that away and puts the agency on the same page as every competitor. They needed somewhere of their own to present a curated selection — in Italian for local buyers and in English for buyers from abroad.
Build
Fifteen Avenue is an estate agency in Vespolate, in the province of Novara. We built a bilingual listing platform with real search, a private back-office for managing the portfolio, and the valuation and enquiry flows the agency runs its business on.

Chapter 01
The client and the problem
The agency works on a small number of properties at a time and sells on personal knowledge of each one. A portal listing gives none of that away and puts the agency on the same page as every competitor. They needed somewhere of their own to present a curated selection — in Italian for local buyers and in English for buyers from abroad.
Chapter 02
What we built
We built a listing platform the agency controls end to end. Properties are managed from a private back-office, each carrying its reference, size, rooms, energy class and status, so the site shows the real state of the portfolio instead of a stale export. Search narrows by sale or rental, category, city and budget. The site sets only the cookies it actually needs — the back-office session and the chosen language — so there is no tracking to disclose and no consent theatre.
