Problem
An agency with clients in two countries was running on spreadsheets and message threads. Renewals were remembered rather than tracked, invoices were written by hand, and nobody could answer what a given client had actually cost to serve.
Build
DeenCRM is not a client project. It is the system DeenLytics uses every day to track leads, raise invoices, chase renewals and see what the business is doing — built in-house because nothing off the shelf fitted how the work actually runs.

Chapter 01
The client and the problem
An agency with clients in two countries was running on spreadsheets and message threads. Renewals were remembered rather than tracked, invoices were written by hand, and nobody could answer what a given client had actually cost to serve.
Chapter 02
What we built
We built the system we wanted. Every lead, invoice, payment, renewal and expense lives in one place, and the reporting answers the question that matters — what came in, what went out, and from whom. It runs in production on the same stack we sell: Next.js, PostgreSQL and Drizzle. The figures in these screenshots are blurred; the software is not a demo.
